The apartments are completely restored and furnished with antiques. Most apartments are equipped with satellite television, air conditioning, and a jacuzzi. Possibility to do walking tour in the park and to visit the most interesting cities of Tuscany as Florence, Prato, Lucca, Siena and Pisa.
In the Main Colonial Villa there are four apartments. Two upstairs and two down, and both with interconnecting doors that can be left open creating apartments for four on each floor. Each apartment is painted and named in a color: blue, red, pink and white. All but white are painted with a sponge and rag creating the uneven handcrafted look of sponge design. The white room is named such as it is mostly white marble. Ceiling tiles throughout the rentals are of different colors. The Tower is divided into two apartments: "Verde" and “Giallo”. The 2 Independetns Accomodations are: “Fienile” and “Rustico”.
“ Apartment Bianco” (85 qm.) It is on the ground floor, has a fireplace, white marble throughout, a cobalt ceiling and fieldstone walls. This has a kitchen corner, dining / living room. Two double bedrooms. Bathroom with shower .
“Apartment Rosa” (70 qm.) It is on the ground floor with a quite large fireplace, dimensionally very interesting with various levels. This has a kitchen corner, dining/living room, a double bedroom. Bathroom with shower.
“Apartment Blu” (70 qm.) It is on the first floor, the floors have inlaid "Macaumba," a unique blue marble. The bathroom floor is entirely tiled with Macaumba. This has a kitchen corner, dining / living room, double sofabed and a double bedroom. The bathroom (with jacuzzi tub) has hand held shower. Air conditioning.
“Apartment Rosso” (70 qm.) It is on the first floor, it has a small kitchen, dining /living room and, a double bedroom. The bathroom (with a jacuzzi tub) has a hand held shower. Air conditioning.
Blu and Rosso are perfect rented together as the door between the two opens up to a large common space and the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house.
“Verde” (120 mq.) Deluxe accomodation, it is on the ground floor with 2 double bedrooms, 1 of which with jacuzzi tub, and 2 fireplaces.
“Giallo” (150 mq.) Deluxe accomodation, it is on the ground floor, with fireplace, Turkish bath and an enclosed shower. It has at exclusive use, a hydromassage tube on the terrace outside.
“Rustico” (35 mq) it is on the ground floor, near the swimming-pool, it has a double bedroom, the fireplace, a shower and air conditioning.
“Fienile” (85 mq.) It is on the ground floor, it has 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and air conditioning.
