The House, with epocal furniture, has 133 usable sqm including a laundry area and it can accomodate 9 people. It has 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedrooms for 3 people, 3 bathrooms with shower, a wide living-room with double sofa-bed and fireplace, a wide kitchen furnished with a refrigerator and dishwasher. Over the staircase at the entrance there is a nice tower where you can see the migratory birds that fly to Northern Europe in the summer and return to the warmth of Africa in the winter. On the ground floor there is the laundry with the washing machine. The house is surrounded by a nice garden with swimming-pool, a gazebo completely furnished for the warmer hours, and a garage.
