The House has 2 separate entrances: one on the ground floor and one at the first floor with a stone staircase typical of the old Tuscan farmhouses. From the entrance at the ground floor we enter into a fully equipped kitchen, living-dining room with fireplace, 1 double bedroom with fireplace, 1 bathroom with shower, staircase to go to the upper floor where there are 2 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower. From the entrance at the first floor we enter into a kitchen and a bathroom with shower. At the second floor there are two lovely bedrooms: one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. Telephone and Intenet connection.
Outside the House has a lovely garden with table and chairs and a very nice terrace at the first floor.

The Farmhouse offers:
Swimming-pool, Sat-Tv, Stereo, Parking, Small Pets allowed.
