This large farmhouse restructured in compliance with the local style, maintains the original architectural design, preserving the wooden beams, the flat and ancient roof tiles. It is immersed in a private park and only 2 Km. far from the natural park “Monte Peglia-Selva di Meana”. This typical Umbrian country house is situated in a quiet area, it is completely fenced off and has a swimming-pool (16x7) with garden furniture.
The country house is located in a particularly interesting geographical position as many historical cities of artistic interest in Umbria, Tuscany and Lazio are all within easy reach: Perugia ( 50 Km), Assisi ( 65 Km), Todi (35 Km), Lago Trasimeno (60 Km), Orvieto (25 Km), Lago di Bolsena (65 Km), Spoleto (75 Km), Cascata delle Marmore (80 Km), Roma (110 Km), Siena (140 Km), Firenze (180 Km) and many medieval villages, typical characteristic of these regions . The closest city is San Venanzo (10 Km), where there are shops, bank,chemist, petrol station and various services. Abt 500 mt a grocer,a pleasent and inexpensive trattoria and restaurant. Are allowed and welcome dogs, including large size, and cats.
This self-catering holiday house, of 400 square meters in total, and on two levels, can accommodate 10 + 2 people
The old country furnitures have been chosen with care and they are of high quality, respecting the style of a typical old countryhouse.

The kitchen, with dining-table,is fully equipped with dishwasher, electrical oven,stove with 5 burners,refrigerator,freezer and microwave. It includes all the necessary for more than the maximum number of guests
